Please allow 24 hours to process your order. In order for us to guarantee delivery, all orders must have complete and accurate shipping information, including phone number for the ship-to address. K&N’s Foods USA, LLC is not responsible for incorrect addresses and incorrect information entered.
When your order is processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from K&N. To check your shipment status with FedEx, you can track it at www.fedex.com. If you are a registered user with us, you can check your order status any time by clicking the “My Account >Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site.
The order takes about 3-7 days to be delivered. If an order is received after Wednesday 3pm EST, it will be shipped on Monday of the following week. Please therefore, allow minimum 3 days for delivery.
Because of the frozen nature of the product, we’re only shipping orders to valid street addresses and not P.O. Box.
K&N’s Foods USA, LLC Shipping Standards
K&N’s is a premium quality, frozen food product and must remain frozen. All K&N’s Purely Different chicken products are hand packed in insulated shipping containers with frozen gel packs to ensure proper temperature is maintained throughout the delivery process entrusted to FedEx.
Upon receipt of your shipment, please UNPACK immediately and place product in freezer.

To ensure freshness of K&N’s Purely Different chicken products, they must remain frozen at all times, which is why extra care is taken while shipping products to your doorstep. K&N’s Foods USA will never compromise on quality and proper temperature will be maintained during delivery process when you order at K&N’s Foods USA because of our specialized insulated container with icepacks and shipping method.
We cannot accept returns on any food product as we cannot guarantee that the product will remain frozen upon return to our facility. However we are committed to customer satisfaction and we provide a 100% guarantee of the product quality. See 100% Guarantee below.
All products at K&N’s Foods USA, LLC are individually quick frozen using IQF technology for better retention of all essential nutrients and natural taste. All production processes starting right from ingredient sourcing, are monitored and regulated to ensure K&N’s chicken products comply with high and ethical standards mandated by our ethos. This enables us to confidently provide you with 100% guarantee of quality when you choose K&N’s Purely Different chicken products.

Payment for orders will be made via your credit card at the time you enter your Shipping and Billing information and complete your check out. Shipping charges will be added, and your credit card will be charged upon placing your order with us. You will receive an E-mail confirmation that your order has been successfully placed and your credit card charged.
Credit Card Processing Policy:
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypting software on our website. This ensures that no part of your Credit Card information can be read or stored during transmission of data. Payments made via Credit Card are only processed when your order is complete as per your instructions. You will be duly notified that your order has been processed and your Credit Card has been charged. If you need to review the charges on your Credit Card you’ve made through us, you may contact us via e-mail or telephone and provide us your name and Order Number and we shall guide you accordingly.
