Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions:
Keep frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Microwave Oven: Only use defrost mode for cooking. Do not defrost separately prior to cooking. Set microwave oven on defrost mode. Place frozen Kafta Kabab on a round plate and cook for 7-9 minutes. Halfway through, rearrange pieces (move pieces at plate edge to center, and from center to plate edge) and continue cooking for remaining time.
Frying Pan: Defrost product inside refrigerator until thawed prior to cooking. Preheat a lightly oiled pan. Fry thawed Kafta Kabab over medium heat, turning frequently through cooking.
Once thawed or cooked and if you intend to consume product within 2 days, it can be stored in refrigerator below 40°F. Avoid refreezing thawed or cooked product.
