Keep product frozen. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces including cutting boards, utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot food hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cooking Procedure: Appliances and utensils vary; adjust cooking times accordingly. For safety, product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer. Do not defrost.
Cooking Pot: To enjoy Kofta Curry, prepare curry with your choice of recipe. Add frozen Kofta to curry; let simmer for 15-17 minutes or until fully cooked.

Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350°F. Deep fry frozen Kofta for 6 minutes or until fully cooked.

Very nice, despite my having cooked it a little differently than the directions. Still tasted great! I particularly love and appreciate that all of the K & N products I’ve tried so far have good quality ingredients without all the unnecessary junk and fillers. This is the type of thing I look for in a product, and up until now, it was almost impossible to find in a halal frozen (or packaged) food aisle.
