Ingredients
  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 2 kababs
  • Burger bun - 1
  • Lettuce - ½ bunch; julienned
  • Onion rings - 3-4
  • Tomato - 2 slices; grilled
  • Olive oil - to taste
  • Salt & pepper - to taste
  • Additional condiments of your choice like garlic mayo or mustard
  •  

Method

Heat oil in a pan on high flame. Add K&N's Chapli Kabab and fry, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until brown all over and fully cooked.

Assemble your Chapli Kabab burger by placing lettuce, and cooked Chapli Kabab, a cheese slice and the second Chapli Kabab, with onion rings on the burger bun with a large dollop of garlic mayonnaise, and place the bun top. Serve with French fries.
