For Mint Sauce
For Salad
Fry K&N’s Chapli Kabab as per instructions on label. Cut into strips and set aside.
Mix Chapli Kabab strips and French fries in a bowl and set aside.
On a plate, place salad in the circular direction leaving center unfilled.
Place French fries and Chapli Kabab strips around the salad on same plate.
Fill the center with cheese sauce. Drizzle mint sauce and ketchup on top.
Sprinkle green onion. Serve.
For Mint Sauce
In a blender, add cilantro, mint leaves, green chilies, onion chunks, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, water and blend into a smooth paste.
In a bowl, add mayonnaise, yogurt and prepared mint paste. Mix well, mint sauce is ready. Set aside.
For Salad
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Set aside.
Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add all-purpose flour and cook for a minute over low flame.
Add milk, salt, white pepper powder, garlic powder, paprika powder, mustard paste and hot sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes over medium-low flame.
Add cheddar cheese and cook until cheese melts. Cheese sauce is ready. Set aside and keep it warm.
