- K&N's Chapli Kabab – 2 kababs
- Burger bun - 1
- Lettuce; julienned
- Tomato slices - 4
- Grilled tomato slices - 4
- Olive oil, salt and pepper
- Additional condiments of your choice like garlic mayo or mustard
Heat oil in a frying pan on high flame. Add K&N's Chapli Kabab and fry, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until brown all over and fully cooked.
Assemble your K&N's Chapli Kabab burger by placing the cooked K&N's Chapli Kabab patty, tomato slices and lettuce in the burger bun with a large dollop of garlic mayonnaise. Serve with sweet potato chips.
Garnish with grilled tomato slices, stick with lettuce and olives placed on the top bun.
