- K&N's Chapli Kabab – 2 kababs
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- Pita bread - 1
- Seasonal greens - 7 ounces (200 grams)
- Tomatoes - 2; diced
- Cucumber - ½; thinly sliced
- Spring onion - 1; sliced
Heat oil in a large frying pan over high heat.
Add the K&N's Chapli Kababs and fry, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
Meanwhile, warm the pita bread. Slice along the pita bread to form two pockets.
Fill the pita pockets with the freshly cooked Chapli Kababs, add garlic mayonnaise.
Add all the greens, tomatoes, cucumber & spring onions.
