- K&N's Chicken Patties – 1 patty
- Mushroom sauce - 2 tbsp
- Ice berg/green lettuce leaves
- Black olive for garnishing - 1
- Chopped parsley for garnishing
Heat oil in a frying pan on high flame. Fry K&N's Chicken Patties, turning occasionally, for 1-2 minutes or until fully cooked.
Assemble burger by placing the cooked Chicken Patties and lettuce on the burger bun with a large dollop of mushroom sauce.
Garnish with chopped black olive and parsley.
Serve with fries and coleslaw.

- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Onions - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Garlic - ½ tsp; chopped
- Button mushrooms - 4; sliced
- Demi-glace sauce - 1 cup
- Cream - to taste
- Parsley - ¼ tsp; chopped
In a deep-bottomed saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat until it becomes frothy.
Add the onions and garlic, and sauté until they become light brown.
Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes or until soft.
Add the demi-glace sauce, bring to a boil and lower heat to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes.
Top with fresh chopped parsley and serve right away.
