Ingredients

  • K&N's Chicken Patties – 2 patty
  • Eggs - 2
  • Red chili - to taste; crushed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Yellow food color - ¼ tsp
  • Bread - 6 slices
  • Mayonnaise - as required
  • Potato filling - as required
  • Cheddar cheese - 4 Slices
  • Lettuce - as required
  • Butter - 1 tbsp
Method
Whisk eggs and add crushed red chili, salt and food color. Pour mixture in a pan to make omelet. When ready; fold edges of omelet inwards into a square patty, and heat both sides to secure shape.

Fry K&N's Chicken Patties as per instructions on label.

Trim crust of bread slices and spread mayonnaise. Assemble sandwich by stacking potato filling, a slice of cheddar cheese, omelet, another slice of bread, lettuce, fried Chicken Patty, another slice of cheese and finally top with a bread slice.

Melt butter in grilling pan and grill both sides of sandwich.

Secure shape with food picks and serve warm.
Potato Filling:
Ingredients
  • Potatoes - 2; boiled and mashed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Red Chili - ½ tsp; crushed
  • White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Chili Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Cilantro - 2 tbsp; chopped
  • Carrot - ¼ cup; finely chopped
  • Cucumber - ¼ cup; finely chopped
Method
Take mashed potatoes and add salt, crushed red chilli, white pepper powder, chilli sauce, cilantro, carrot and cucumber. Mix all and set aside.
