In a skillet, heat oil, add garlic, ginger and cook until garlic starts to turn brown.
Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, red chili paste and mix well. Add water and let it simmer.
Add chicken stock cube and cook until it dissolves.
Add capsicum, carrot, and onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on label and add to the sauce.
Add red chili flakes and mix well.
Top it with cheddar cheese and let it melt. Sprinkle red chili flakes and serve.
