Ingredients
  • K&N's Combo Wings - 850 grams
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Button mushrooms - 1 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Chicken stock - 2 cups; 2 K&N's Stok cubes dissolved in 2 cups water
  • Salt - as required
  • Pepper - as required
  • Cilantro leaves - 2 tbsp
  •  

Method

For the white mushroom sauce, melt butter in a pan.

Add chopped onions and sauté for 3 minutes. Add flour and continue cooking until the mixture is golden brown.

Add mushrooms, milk and chicken stock to the pan and season with salt and pepper.

Prepare K&N's Combo Wings as per instructions on pack.

Add to the mushroom sauce, turning heat to low. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle with cilantro and serve warm.
