Ingredients
  • K&N’s Combo Wings - 10-12 wings
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 cup; chopped
  • Tomatoes - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Paprika powder - 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp / to taste
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Green chilies - for garnishing; chopped
  • Ginger - for garnishing; julienned
  • Rice - as required; boiled
Method

Fry K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on label and set aside.

Heat oil on a griddle, add onion and cook until translucent. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

Add paprika powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well; cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add cream and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add prepared K&N’s Combo Wings to the mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with green chilies and ginger. Serve with boiled rice.
