Ingredients
  • K&N’s Combo Wings - 1.1 lbs
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Water - ¼ cup
  • Red chili powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ¼ tsp or to taste
  • Tandoori masala - 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Whole spice mix - ¼ tsp
  • Cilantro - for garnish
  • Onion - for garnish
Method

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add water, red chili powder, salt, tandoori masala and cook for a minute over low flame.

Add yogurt and whole spice mix. Cook until sauce has thickened.

Prepare K&N’s Combo Wings as per instructions on label. Add to the tandoori masala and toss well.

Garnish with cilantro and onion. Serve with cheese sauce and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1½ cup
  • Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
  • Garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • White pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; grated
Method

Heat oil in a pan and add butter and let it melt. Add all-purpose flour and cook on low flame for a minute.

Add milk, salt, garlic powder and white pepper powder and cook for 3-4 minutes over medium-low flame.

Add cheddar cheese and cook until the cheese melts. Your cheese sauce is ready. Set aside.
