For Masala
Fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions on label.
Take the prepared bao buns, open it and layer prepared masala.
Place croquettes and top it with ketchup, onion slices and cilantro.
Garnish with sesame seeds and nigella seeds. Serve hot.
For Masala
In a pan, heat oil and melt butter. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and cook until translucent.
Add tomatoes and mix well. Add salt, kashmiri red chili powder, ketchup and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add yogurt, heavy cream and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Your masala is ready.
In a glass, pour warm milk, add sugar and yeast. Mix well and let it rest for 5 minutes. Yeast mixture is ready.
In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, yeast mixture and knead into dough. Let it rest until it doubles in size.
Divide dough into 4 equal parts and roll with a rolling pin. Cut flat circles of equal sizes with the help of a round cutter.
Brush oil on it and fold them in half. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Place butter paper in a steamer and grease it, place the prepared bao buns on it and steam for 10 minutes.
