Ingredients
  • K&N’s Croquettes - 18-20 croquettes
  • Fettuccine pasta - 1 pack; boiled
  • All-purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 2½ cups
  • Cream - 1 cup
  • Red chili flakes - ½ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Oregano - ½ tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Thyme - ½ tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; shredded
Method

In a pan, melt butter; add flour and cook until fragrant.

Add milk and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring.

Add cream, red chili flakes, black pepper powder, oregano, salt, and thyme. Mix it well.

Add fettuccine pasta and cook for a minute.

In a baking dish, place the prepared pasta. Add a layer of cheddar cheese and sprinkle red chili flakes.

Fry K&N’s Croquettes as per instructions on label and place them on top of the prepared pasta.

Bake it in a preheated oven, at 320°F, for 7-8 minutes or until cheese melts.
