Ingredients

  • K&N's Croquettes - 1 lb
  • Cooking oil - ¼ cup
  • Garlic - 3 tsp; crushed
  • Plain flour - 1 tbsp
  • Paprika powder - 1 tsp
  • Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
  • Chicken stock - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Parsley - 1 tsp; finely chopped
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Sour cream - ½ cup
  • Red bell pepper - 2 tbsp; sliced
  • Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Method
Fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions given on the label and set aside.

In a separate pan, heat oil, and sauté garlic for 2-3 minutes.

Add flour, paprika powder, mushrooms, chicken stock, salt, ½ tsp chopped parsley, vinegar and sour cream, cooking and stirring for 20-30 seconds between each ingredient, to blend flavors.

Let simmer to a boil.

Stir the mixture and add Croquettes, red bell pepper and remaining parsley. Add olive oil and leave to cook for few minutes till the sauce is slightly thicker.

Serve with a bowl of rice.
