- K&N's Croquettes - 10 croquettes
- Onions - 1; julienned
- Green bell pepper - 1; julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1; julienned
- Red cabbage - 1 cup; julienned
- Button mushroom - 4 pieces; sliced
- Lemon grass - ½ tsp; chopped
- Bird's eye chili - 5; cut in halves
- Oyster sauce - ½ tbsp
- Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch or to taste
- White pepper - ½ tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
Fry K&N's Croquettes as per instructions on the label and cut them into halves.
Mix all the ingredients together with K&N's Croquettes in a mixing bowl.
Transfer into a salad bowl and refrigerate for an hour.
