Ingredients
  • K&N’s Chicken Frankfurter - 8-10 franks
  • Puff Pastry dough - as required
  • Scrambled eggs - of 5 eggs
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 cup; grated
  • Egg wash - of 1 egg
  • Black pepper powder - as required
Method

Thaw K&N’s Chicken Frankfurter as per instructions on label.

Cut puff pastry into 9 equal parts in square shape. Add a layer of scrambled eggs on dough, top it with cheddar cheese and place K&N’s Chicken Frankfurter.

Roll the pastry dough to make a roll shape.

Place on a greased baking tray, brush with egg wash and sprinkle black pepper powder on each roll.

Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Take out of the oven, Frankfurter Egg Roll is ready.

Ingredients

    • Eggs - 5
    • Milk - ½ cup
    • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
    • Salt - 1 tsp
    • Oil 1 tsp
Method

In a bowl; add eggs, milk, black pepper powder, salt and whisk well.

Heat oil in a pan and add egg mixture. Cook and scramble until eggs are fully done. Turn off flame and set aside.
