Ingredients
  • K&N's Skinless Chicken Frankfurter – 4 franks
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Plain Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper - ½ tsp; crushed
  • Salt - to taste
  • Cream Cheese - ½ cup
  • Cheddar Cheese - ¼ cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese - ¼ cup
  • Parmesan Cheese - ¼ cup
  • Elbow Macaroni - 2 cups; boiled
Method

Thaw K&N's Skinless Chicken Frankfurter per instructions on label, and slice.

Heat butter in a pan and add flour. Gradually mix milk and add white pepper, black pepper and salt. Continue to stir till sauce thickens.

Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese. Stir till cheese melts.

Mix in boiled macaroni and sliced franks.

Dish out and serve warm.
