Ingredients
  • K&N’s Chicken Frankfurter - as required
  • All-purpose flour - 1 cup
  • Italian seasoning - 3 tbsp
  • Red chili flakes - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
  • Green capsicum - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Red capsicum - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Sweet corn ¼ cup
  • Cilantro - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Olive oil - ¼ cup
  • Cheddar cheese - as required; grated

Method

Thaw K&N’s Chicken Frankfurter as per instructions on label. Cut into small chunks. Keep aside.

In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, salt, olive oil and vegetables. Mix well and set aside.

Add yogurt egg mixture into this and mix well.

Grease muffin tray.

Pour mixture into muffin tray, top it with chopped Chicken Frankfurter and add a layer of mixture again. Evenly spread cheddar cheese on top and sprinkle Italian seasoning.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy. Your Savory Frank Muffins are ready.
