For Sautéed Vegetables
In a pan, heat butter and oil. Add garlic, onion and cook until translucent.
Add chicken stock, heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt and mix well.
Add boiled pasta, sautéed vegetables and gently toss in the sauce until well coated.
Fry K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets as per instructions on label and cut into half.
Add K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets into the pasta sauce and mix.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
For Sautéed Vegetables
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add red capsicum, yellow capsicum, onions and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and set aside.
