Honey Mushroom Hokkien Noodles

Ingredients

  • K&N's Haray Bharay Nuggets - 1 pack
  • Green Peas - ½ cup
  • Bell Pepper - 1 cup; diced
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Onion - 1 cup; julienned
  • Mushrooms - 1 cup; sliced
  • Garlic - 2 cloves; finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp; finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • White Pepper Powder - ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder - ¼ tsp
  • Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Hokkien Noodles - 2 cups; boiled
Method
Blanch green peas and bell pepper and set aside.

Sauté onion in olive oil and add mushrooms, blanched vegetables, garlic, ginger, salt, white pepper, black pepper, soy sauce, honey, and sesame seeds.

Mix and add hokkien noodles.

Fry K&N’s Haray Bharay Nuggets as per instructions on label. Cut into half and mix in noodles.

Garnish with sesame seeds and serve warm.
