Slice frozen K&N's Chicken Jumbo Franks and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion for a minute and a half.
Add tomato puree to pan and stir to mix.
Add salt, black pepper and cook for about a minute, stirring continuously to combine flavors.
Add the sliced franks and mix.
Add bell pepper and cilantro and cook till gravy dries.
Add tomato and mix.
On a flat dish, lay corn tortillas and add lettuce to each.
Add 2 tsp of cooked filling to each tortilla and place gently in a serving platter.
Skew the tacos with kitchen bamboo sticks and serve.
