Thaw K&N’s Jumbo Franks as per instructions on label and cut in half.
Roll each half of Chicken Jumbo Franks in cheddar cheese slice and then roll in lasagna sheet.
In a baking dish, spread marinara sauce at the bottom and place the jumbo franks roll-ups.
Then in a glass dish spread half of a marinara sauce and place the jumbo franks roll-ups.
Spread the remaining marinara sauce on top. Add a layer of cheddar cheese and top it with carrots and capsicum.
Bake it in a preheated oven, at 320°F, for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
Heat olive oil in a pan; add garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato puree and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add oregano, dried thyme, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.
Mix well until the sauce thickens. Set aside.
