- K&N's Jumbo Franks - 4 franks
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup; shredded
- Parsley - 1 tsp; chopped
- Onion - 4 tbsp; chopped
- Chili sauce - 4 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 4 tsp; chopped and sautéed
Slightly thaw K&N's Chicken Jumbo Franks as per instructions given on the label and halve lengthwise, keeping them from getting detached.
Lightly grill the franks.
Top 2 grilled halved franks with ½ cup cheese.
Sprinkle parsley over cheese and gently add chopped onion to both.
Pour chili sauce and tomato sauce.
Top each with remaining cheese, parsley and sautéed garlic.
Top each with remaining grilled franks and bake at 480°F for 1-2 minutes in a preheated oven.
