- K&N's Skinless Chicken Jumbo Franks – 2 franks
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - ½; diced finely
- Garlic - 1 tbsp; crushed
- Mushrooms - 2 ounces (50 grams); sliced
- Oyster sauce - 3 tbsp
- Chicken stock - ½ cup
- Bell peppers & onions - 2 tbsp each; julienned
- Tomatoes - 1 tbsp; julienned
- Salt & pepper - to taste
Heat a large fry pan and add the olive oil.
Add garlic and onion and fry until it starts to color.
Thaw K&N's Skinless Chicken Jumbo Franks as per instructions given on the label.
Add franks into pan, cook for few minutes and cut into slices.
Add mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and cook for 5 minutes or until just cooked through.
Reduce the heat to very low. Add the stock and oyster sauce and let it cook for few minutes. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper and cook until sauce becomes smooth in texture.
Serve with egg fried rice.
