Ingredients
  • K&N’s Kafta Kabab - 15-18 kababs
  • Samosa dough - as required
  • Vegetable filling - as required
  • Flour mixture  - as required; (1 cup flour dissolved in ½ cup water)
  • Oil - for frying
  •  

    For Dough

  • All-purpose flour - 3 cups
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 3-4 tbsp
  • Water - as required
Method

Heat K&N’s Kafta Kabab as per instructions on label and cut into half.

Divide 8 equal parts of prepared dough. Make small dough balls, roll out into flat circles and cut into square shapes.

Place 2 halves of K&N’s Kafta Kabab on prepared samosa dough.

Add vegetable filling on top.

Brush the corners of samosa dough with flour mixture and seal them together making a square dumpling shape.

Deep fry prepared samosa until golden brown in color.

Kafta Samosa Parcel is ready. Serve with ketchup or chutney of your own choice.

 

For Dough

In a bowl add all-purpose flour, cumin seeds, salt and oil. Mix well. Add water and knead into smooth dough.

Cover the dough with a cling film and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - ½ cup; chopped
  • Green capsicum - 1 cup; julienned
  • Carrot - 1 cup; julienned
  • Cabbage - 1 cup; julienned
  • Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Salt - ½ tsp
Method

In a pan, heat oil; sauté garlic. Add onion and cook until translucent.

Add green capsicum, carrot, cabbage, soy sauce and mix well.

Add chili sauce, ketchup, black pepper powder, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Vegetable filling is ready.
