- Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
- Mint sauce - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1tsp; roasted
- Garlic - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Use as required.
- K&N's Kafta Kabab - 12 kababs
- Onion - 1 medium sized; sliced
- Mint leaves - as required
- Egg - 1; beaten
Mix K&N's Kafta Kabab with half of the tamarind and mint sauce.
Put 3 dipped Kafta Kababs at the centre of each square sheet of dough. Top with sliced onions and a spoonful of sauce and mint leaves.
Lift adjacent corners of the dough towards each other and press lightly to secure ends.
Brush rolls with beaten egg and bake in an oven at 400°F until fully baked.
