Fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions given on the label, and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions and fry till golden.
Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric.
Cook till tomatoes are tender and oil surfaces.
Add yogurt and mix kofta with ½ cup of water.
Cook on low heat for 5-8 minutes.
Add spinach and dry fenugreek seeds.
Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
Transfer in a bowl and serve.
