- K&N's Kofta - 4 Koftas
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Egg - 1
- French mustard paste - ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - to taste
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Bread crumbs for breading
Combine all the ingredients except K&N's Kofta, in a bowl and make a smooth paste.
Add K&N's Kofta in to the paste, mix well and keep it in a cool place at least for 15 minutes.
Bread K&N's Kofta one by one and fry them in a deep pot.
Serve with French fries, lemon slice, coleslaw, barbecue or chili garlic sauce.
