Ingredients
  • K&N's Kofta - 14-15 koftas
  • Chicken stock - 3 cups
  • Cooking oil - 3 tbsp
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Cloves - 4
  • Black peppercorn - 8 corns
  • Cinnamon - 2 sticks
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Fried onion - ½ cup
  • Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
  • Whole spice mix - ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Yogurt - ½ cup
  • Water - 3 cups
  • Rice - 2 cups; pre-soaked
Method

Thaw K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack and set aside.

Heat oil and add bay leaf, cloves, black peppercorn, cinnamon, ginger garlic paste, fried onion, fennel seeds, whole spice mix, red chili powder, salt and yogurt and mix.

Add water and rice. Mix and add chicken stock cubes.

Add thawed Kofta, and cover to cook on low flame for 15 minutes or until rice are cooked.

Garnish and serve hot with the condiments of your choice.
