- K&N's Kofta - 12 kofta
- Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Ginger - 1 tbsp; chopped
- Black pepper - 1 tsp; crushed
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup - 1 cup
- Vinegar - ¼ cup
- Green bell pepper - ½ cup; diced
- Red bell pepper - ½ cup; diced
- Pineapple - ½ cup; diced
- Celery sticks - 2 tbsp; sliced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Deep fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions given on the label and set aside.
In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
Add fried Kofta, black pepper, sugar, tomato ketchup and vinegar while stirring continuously as each ingredient is added.
Let simmer for about 10 seconds and mix in green and red bell pepper.
Add pineapples and celery sticks and mix well as the gravy cooks. Let cook for a minute.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve with steamed white rice.
