Ingredients
- K&N's Chicken Mortadella Slices - 4 slices
- Bread - 2 slices; toasted
- Mayonnaise - ½ tbsp
- Cucumber - 2 slices
- Tomato - 2 slices
- Egg - 1; half fried
- Pineapple - 1 ring slice; lightly grilled
Method
Thaw K&N's Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack.
On a slice of bread, spread 1-tsp mayonnaise and layer with tomato and cucumber slices.
Roll and place K&N's Mortadella Slices.
Top with some mayonnaise, half fried egg and grilled pineapple slice.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves, top the sandwich with the other slice of bread and serve.
