Ingredients
  • K&N’s Mortadella Slices - 40-44 slices
  • Baby spinach - ½ cup
  • Tomatoes - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - ½ cup; shredded
  • Cheddar cheese - ½ cup; shredded
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Flatbread - 2-3
  •  

    For Flatbread

  • All-purpose flour - 2 cups
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Water - ¾ cup
  • Olive oil - ¼ cup
  • Oil - for frying
Method

Prepare K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instructions on label; cut into small chunks and set aside.

In a bowl, add chunks of K&N’s Mortadella Slices, baby spinach, tomato, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper powder and mix well.

Divide prepared dough into 8 equal parts. Make a flat circle of each dough ball and cook on pre-heated griddle. Brush oil as needed and cook until light golden in color from each side.

Spread prepared filling on half of the flatbread and fold other half over it. Cook for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.

Cut into pieces and serve with hot and sweet sauce.

 

For Flatbread

In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Knead into soft and smooth dough. Let it rest for 20-30 minutes.

  • Hot sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - 1 tbsp; chopped
  • Mustard paste - 1 tbsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes - 1 tsp
Method

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Hot and sweet sauce is ready. Set aside.
