Thaw K&N’s Mortadella Slices as per instructions on label.
Grease a baking dish with butter; lay a French toast slice, cheddar cheese slice, K&N’s Mortadella slices, chopped capsicum and sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano.
Top with remaining cheese slices and French toast slices along with reserved egg mixture and add shredded cheddar cheese; sprinkle chili flakes and oregano again.
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Your Savory Mortadella Stuffed French Toast is ready. Garnish with green onion and serve.
In a bowl, add eggs, salt, black pepper powder, milk and whisk it well.
Dip bread slices in mixture, flipping once to make sure they are well-coated. Reserve some egg mixture for later use.
In a nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat and place bread slices on it. Cook until golden brown on each side.
