- K&N's Chicken Mortadella Slices - 8 slices
- Pineapple rings - 2 pieces
- Cheese slices - 2
- Eggs - 2
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 pinch
- White pepper powder - 1 pinch
- Coconut - 3 tbsp; shredded
- Cooking oil - 2 cups
- Parsley - ¼ tsp; chopped
Put each pineapple ring and cheese slice between 4 K&N's Mortadella Slices (thawed as per instructions on label), with 2 slices on either side of the pineapple.
Break and beat the eggs.
Add flour, salt and white pepper powder in beaten eggs and make a mixture.
Cover stuffed K&N's Mortadella Slices with mixture.
Coat stuffed K&N's Mortadella Slices with shredded coconut.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Fry the coated slices from both sides until golden brown.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top and serve.
