- K&N's Chicken Mortadella Slices - 8 slices
- Eggs - 6
- Onion - 2 tbsp; finely chopped
- Carrot - 2 tbsp; chopped
- Milk - 2 tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp or to taste
- Black pepper - ½ tsp; ground
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
Thaw K&N's Mortadella Slices as per instructions on pack.
Whisk eggs in a bowl and add onion, carrots, milk, salt, black pepper and whisk again to combine.
In a separate, pan heat oil and add half of the egg mixture to fry.
As the mixture fries, set on it 4 half folded Mortadella Slices, as pairs in a row and top with coriander leaf stalks.
Fold the egg over Mortadella Slices to form a roll and dish out.
Repeat with remaining half of the egg mixture.
Cut the rolls in 4 pieces and serve hot.
