- K&N's Chicken Mortadella Slices - 12 slices; thawed & sliced
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
- Garlic - 2 tbsp; crushed
- Mushrooms - ½ cup; sliced
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Penne pasta - 4 cups; boiled
- Sour cream - 1 cup
- Basil leaves - ¼ cup
- Chicken stock - ½ cup
Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic for 2 minutes, or until soft.
Add mushrooms, tomato paste, white pepper powder, salt and stir well.
Add boiled pasta to the pan and stir to combine flavors.
Pour in sour cream and stir to combine. Add sliced K&N’s Mortadella Slices and mix well.
Mix in basil leaves and chicken stock. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes and serve hot.
