In a pan of lightly salted water, boil pasta until fully cooked. Strain and set aside.
Prepare K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut them into halves.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion.
Add fajita seasoning, milk and chicken stock cube. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes.
Add tomatoes, boiled pasta and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add water if required.
Add cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese and cook for 3 more minutes or until cheese melts.
Add K&N’s Nuggets and mix well. Your pasta is ready to serve.
In a bowl add all of the above ingredients and mix well.
