Prepare K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on pack and cut into halves.
Take a platter, place nachos in base, top it with salsa and K&N’s Nuggets.
Drizzle sour cream and garnish with coriander leaves.

In a blender, add tomatoes, garlic, lemon juice, jalapenos, salt, onion, black pepper blender until just chunky.
Now add fresh coriander and again blend slightly. Your salsa is ready.
For Sour Cream:
In a bowl, add cream, milk, lemon juice, salt; mix it slightly and refrigerate for 1 hour. Whisk it well.
Your sour cream is ready to use.
