Red Sauce Spaghetti with Nuggets

Ingredients
  • K&N’s Nuggets - 5-6 Nuggets
  • Spaghetti - 150 g; boiled
  • Red sauce - as required
  • Salt - ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper powder - ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder - ½ tsp
  • Onion powder - ½ tsp
  • Parsley - ¼ cup
  • Pasta water - as required
  • Broccoli - as required
  • Parsley - for garnishing
Method

Divide boiled spaghetti into two halves.

Fry K&N’s Nuggets as per instructions on label.

In a bowl, add one half of boiled spaghetti, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, pasta water and toss well. Seasoned spaghetti is ready.

To Serve

Option 1:

In a plate, pour red sauce, add seasoned spaghetti, broccoli, parsley, K&N’s Nuggets and serve.

Option 2:

Add red sauce in the other half of boiled spaghetti and mix well. Dish out on a plate, garnish with mozzarella cheese, parsley and top it with Nuggets. Serve.

Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 6-7; peeled
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic - 1½ tbsp; chopped
  • Onion - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Red chili powder - ½ tsp
  • Red chili flakes - ½ tsp
  • Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  • Oregano - ½ tbsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Boiled spaghetti - 200 g
  • Parsley - for garnishing
  • Mozzarella cheese - for garnishing
Method

Blend tomatoes to make a puree. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion and cook until translucent.

Add tomato puree, salt, red chili powder and red chili flakes; cook for 7-8 minutes over medium flame.

Add ketchup and oregano; cook for 1-2 minutes over medium high flame. Red sauce is ready. Reserve 1 cup for later use.
