Ingredients
  • K&N's PepO’Roni Slices - 150-160 slices/1 pack
  • Bread dough - 4 servings
  • Cheddar cheese - as required; grated
  • Baby spinach - as required; roughly chopped
  • Unsalted butter - ¼ cup; melted
  • Fresh cilantro - ¼ cup; chopped
  • Garlic -1 tsp; finely chopped
Method

Thaw K&N's PepO’Roni Slices as per instructions on label and set aside.

Take dough and roll into slightly thin flat base, such as to make a rectangle.

Add cheddar cheese at one end of rolled dough and layer with PepO’Roni Slices in a row. Cover with spinach and another layer of PepO’Roni Slices. Roll the loaded edge of dough inwards.

Add another layer of cheddar cheese, PepO’Roni Slices and spinach, along the edges of folded end and roll inwards to make bread.

In a bowl, mix melted butter, fresh cilantro and garlic.

Move bread dough roll to baking tray and generously brush with garlic butter.

Bake at 355°F for 20 minutes. Dish out and serve fresh.
