Layer an ovenproof dish with 2 frozen K&N's Chapli Kababs, 3 capsicum slices, 3 eggplant slices.
Repeat the layering.
Sprinkle black pepper and pour tomato puree.
Sprinkle bread crumbs, parsley and salt.
Drizzle cooking oil all across the plate.
Bake in an oven, preheated to 480°F, for 15 minutes and serve.
