Ingredients
  • K&N's Chapli Kabab - 7 kababs
  • Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
  • Ginger - ¼ cup; julienned
  • Mushroom - ¼ cup; halved
  • Green chili - ½ cup; julienned
  • Green onions - ¼ cup; sliced
  • Lemon - 1; sliced
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  • Red & yellow capsicum - ½ each
  •  

Method

Fry K&N's Chapli Kababs as per instructions given on the label, and cut into strips.

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté ginger until soft.

Mix in mushrooms, Chapli Kabab strips, green chili and green onions.

Add lemon slices, sesame seeds and mix well.

Add capsicum and stir till vegetables become tender.

Serve hot.
