For Masala Eggs:
In a pan, heat oil and add salt, black pepper, red chili, and turmeric. Mix and add boiled eggs to coat.
Thaw K&N's Kofta as per instructions on pack and set aside.
Heat oil and add whole spices, cumin, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, black pepper, whole spice mix, tomato puree and water. Mix and cover to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add coconut milk and gram flour, and mix. Add Kofta and boiled eggs, and cook for 1 minute.
Serve warm with flat bread or naan.
