Thaw K&N’s Skinless Chicken Frankfurter as per instructions on label. Cut half of them into small chunks and set aside.
Cut the dough into 2 equal parts. Roll into a flat base and cut into a square.
Place Chicken Frankfurter diagonally on edges of flatbread and roll it inward until fully covered.
Spread pizza sauce and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle green capsicum, red capsicum, onion, sweet corn, chopped Chicken Frankfurter and olives.
Cover the top with strips of dough.
Bake in a preheated oven for 15-18 minutes at 338°F or until crust turns golden brown.
Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
