Ingredients

  • Tamarind pulp - 1 cup
  • Mint sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1tsp; roasted
  • Garlic - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
Method

Heat K&N's Kafta Kabab as per instructions on label and set aside.

In a separate pan add oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add black pepper, red chili, lemon zest, salt and spinach. Cook for few minutes and set aside.

Take a Lasagna strip and spread pasta sauce and cheese mixture. Place a Kafta Kabab and top with cooked spinach and mozzarella cheese. Repeat with all Lasagna strips, making rolls.

In a baking dish, spread pasta sauce and carefully place the rolls. Brush pasta sauce and add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake at 355°F for 20 minutes.

Serve warm.

  • K&N's Kafta Kabab - 12 kababs
  • Onion - 1 medium sized; sliced
  • Mint leaves - as required
  • Egg - 1; beaten
Method

Mix K&N's Kafta Kabab with half of the tamarind and mint sauce.

Put 3 dipped Kafta Kababs at the centre of each square sheet of dough. Top with sliced onions and a spoonful of sauce and mint leaves.

Lift adjacent corners of the dough towards each other and press lightly to secure ends.

Brush rolls with beaten egg and bake in an oven at 400°F until fully baked.

Serve hot.
