Fry K&N's Kofta as per instructions given on the label, and set aside.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp cooking oil and add onions, green chili, cumin seeds, sugar, vinegar, and fried Kofta while stirring continuously to mix all ingredients.
Then mix in coconut milk, pineapples, green grapes, red grapes, red chili, almonds, chicken stock and salt, stirring continuously until it comes to a boil.
Add corn flour and stir occasionally till the curry turns slightly thick.
Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and chopped spring onion when cooked.
Stir to mix, and serve hot.
