Ingredients
- K&N's Chicken Mortadella Slices - 4 slices; halved
- Honeydew melons - 2; peeled and cut into 3 slices
- Rockmelon - 1; peeled and cut into 8 slices
- Bread sticks - 4
- Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
Method
Loosely wrap thawed 4 K&N's Chicken Mortadella Slices around the melon slices and bread sticks.
Arrange on a platter and drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Season with freshly ground black pepper.
