Thaw K&N’s Seekh Kabab as per instructions given on the label and cut each into two pieces.
Melt the butter in a deep pan and add garlic-ginger paste, and cook for few minutes.
Add tomatoes, coriander powder, chili powder, salt, pepper and chili flakes.
Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes until tomatoes get very soft.
Cut each Seekh Kabab in 2 pieces and add them to the pan.
Add green chili and cook for 10 more minutes until it gives a thick Masala like texture.
Sprinkle all spice powder and cumin seeds.
Dish out and garnish with green chilies, cilantro and ginger julienne.
Serve hot with fresh green salad and Naan/Flatbread.
